Barony is looking for a Tenancy Services Administrator who will be involved in all aspects of tenancy and repairs management. Working in a small team, you will be trained on all parts of the service including arrears, repairs and planned maintenance, voids and allocations. This post will be attractive to someone wishing a career in housing.

Housing Assistant : Salary PA Grade 6 Points 17-20 £23,719 - £25,931(Pay Award Pending) (Placing Dependent on Skills and Experience)
East Kilbride & District Housing Association is seeking a committed and highly motivated individual to join its small but highly motivated housing team.
Reporting to the Housing Manager you will be responsible for the provision of frontline housing management services to tenants and other customers which will include giving advice and assistance.
On a patch basis you will maintain the Association's Housing List, deal with arrears cases, carry out Estate Management and Tenancy visits and record and monitor data and information. In addition you will assist the Housing Officer in their role.
Candidates should possess effective clerical and time management skills, be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing and have previous experience of the work of housing management. A housing or equivalent qualification would be desirable as would experience of SDM housing software.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our small but unique team, providing services to Scottish social landlords, supporting them to deliver high quality services.
Working for the Scottish Housing Best Value Network (SHBVN), you will be required to deliver a range of services to landlords including: the facilitation of practice exchange networks, analysis and sharing of benchmarking data and also providing support to conduct self assessment activities.
We are seeking to recruit a dynamic and self motivated person. You will have knowledge and experience of working for a social landlord either in a senior operational or service development capacity as well as a relevant housing or related qualification. You will have highly developed knowledge and understanding of performance management frameworks.
You will have excellent communication skills, be experienced at writing a range of types of reports and marketing materials. You will have a good understanding of the importance of benchmarking to support business process analysis, self assessment and continuous improvement.

Volunteer Committee Members - East Kilbride and District Housing Association
Do you have time to give as a volunteer committee member to help East Kilbride and District Housing Association develop its work providing and maintaining high quality affordable housing? The Association is looking for new members to serve on its Management Committee and would welcome local people.
The Association is a Scottish charity and registered social landlord and has been providing a range of housing services throughout East Kilbride since 1994. Our activities are regulated by the Scottish Housing Regulator.
Our Management Committee consists of up to 15 volunteers who bring a variety of life skills and professional experience to the task of governing the organisation, overseeing its work and ensuring that it provides good quality services.
All positions are voluntary however expenses to facilitate meetings will be paid and full induction and training will be provided. Interested individuals will need to be able to attend 8-10 meetings a year in the early evening. The Management Committee ensures that strong corporate governance and a commitment to our vision, purpose and values underpins all that we do.
