Parkhead HA is a registered social landlord based in the Parkhead area of Glasgow's east end owning and managing just under 1500 properties.

The Association is looking to recruit a Welfare Rights Officer to cover a maternity leave from late June.

The successful applicant will be self motivated, enthusiastic and well organized with first class knowledge of Welfare Rights.

Reporting to the Housing Manager the successful will have excellent communication and IT skills.

Operations Manager - Housing 
£41,268 (rising incrementally to £44,166 after 3 years)

As part of our business development we are seeking to recruit an Operations Manager - Housing. The successful applicant, along with the Operations Manager - Technical, will be responsible for our core service to customers as we drive forward our continuous improvements to attain excellent standards. The postholder will also be expected to be our main source of expertise on housing and welfare law and related matters.

Applicants must hold a relevant degree or professional housing qualification and have post-qualifying experience. Experience of the regulatory framework in which housing associations operate would be desirable, but is not essential.

Candidates must be dynamic, self-motivated, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be hands on and proactive in their approach.

Housing Strategy & Performance Manager

35.25 hours per week. Location: Dundee.
Salary: £34,438 - £44,142 per annum.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Corporate Management Team for a Housing Strategy & Performance Manager. The successful candidate will work closely with the management team and the Director of Housing, and will be responsible for managing and developing a high quality customer service, and will directly manage key staff.

The post-holder will play a key role with regard to improving performance and expanding new initiatives.

The individual will also have a role in the development of policy, practice and performance and contribute towards the development of corporate strategy for the group.

An essential requirement for this post is that you must either have or be working towards an approved qualification or accreditation within an agreed timescale

Trust Housing Association is a national provider of housing and support services, mainly, but not exclusively for older people, operating in most areas of Scotland.

We are seeking to recruit a temporary Housing Operations Manager for a minimum period of 6 months. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing and supporting the allocations team based in the Edinburgh office.

Candidates must be self motivated, well organised, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be hands on and pro active in their approach.

The post holder will be required to monitor and evaluate home assessment, allocation and void management activities and lead in the development of strategies to minimise void times.
