Castlehill Housing Association - Tenant Satisfaction Survey

Castlehill Housing Association, based in Aberdeen, provides housing for around 1,500 households throughout north east Scotland.

We wish to engage suitably qualified consultants to carry out a tenant satisfaction survey in the final quarter of 2010.

Previous experience of conducting a tenant satisfaction survey for a social housing provider using a range of methods would be essential as is the ability to capture and analyse data using appropriate systems.

The Moray Housing Partnership - Gas Safety Auditors

The Moray Housing Partnership and Aberdeenshire Housing Partnership have 1101 properties with gas heating in Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire and Moray. They carry out services under a single contract administered by The Moray Housing Partnership, to the central heating systems annually as part of their obligations under gas safety legislation. These services are carried out by the Partnerships gas service contractor. Operatives who carry out these services are accredited by the Council of Registered Gas Installers (Gas Safe).  

The partnership is seeking the services of a consultant to carry out independent quality assurance inspections. Quality inspections are required on properties which have had gas servicing carried out. The provision of regular monthly quality assurance reports are required as part of this process The consultant should also be able to provide advice on an "ad hoc " basis on matters related to gas safety.

The consultant must provide details of qualifications held and experience gained in the field of gas safety. In particular copies of GAS SAFE membership must be held by all staff intended to be used for training or inspections, within this contract.
