The SFHA are holding a one-day conference on Mid Market Rent on Tuesday 19 June 2012 at the Hilton Edinburgh Grosvenor.  Mid rent is becoming more and more prevalent as a means of providing rented accommodation to those on lower incomes.  Many housing associations and co-operatives are looking at this area for the first time and this conference will allow delegates to find out more about this area.

The conference is essential for housing associations and co-operatives who are developing, or are thinking about developing, mid market rent projects.  The programme will cover development, management and funding issues.
