The latest edition of a technically-focused e-zine, aimed at professionals in the property world, offers an in-depth view of flood recovery to readers.

UK trade body The Property Care Association produces the publication free of charge online, sharing technical findings, best practice and other useful content.
With the issue of flood recovery put under the spotlight in the latest issue, a range of articles have been developed to give a broad understanding of the subject.
Steve Hodgson, general manager of the PCA (pictured), said:
"This latest e-zine covers the flood recovery in-depth, with features including an insight into the PCA's Code of Practice, which was developed after we identified a significant gap in the literature available to those repairing buildings affected by flooding. "Structural Waterproofing expert Phil Hewitt also examines the implications of the recently revised British Standard (BS8102:2009), while Mike Wood, of Telling Lime Products Ltd, seeks to explain the ‘mystery' of the differing lime products and makes a comparison of lime and cement based binders."
Other details in the e-zine include booking details for a course run jointly between the PCA and The National Flood School, and a special offer of 10 per cent off the cost of a broad range of training programmes offered through the PCA.
