The SFHA Board governs the organisation on behalf of its members. The Board is accountable to the members for ensuring that the SFHA is fit for purpose, uses its resources effectively and maximises its reach and impact. The Board and the SFHA are governed by the rules set out in the Memorandum and Articles of Associations.

SFHA is seeking nominations for four positions on its Board. Each year four serving Board Members (one from each constituency) stand down and may seek nomination subject to the provisions of Article 54 of the SFHA Memorandum and Articles.
This year the following Board Members will stand down:
Nomination packs have been sent out to Represenatative Members of each constituency to be fully completed and endorsed. Forms must be received by the SFHA no later than 4.00pm on Friday, 12th July 2013.
